Have a lovely weekend. A very warm welcome to all the children and families who have joined us this week. We are very keen to hear about your child's interests and of course discuss any issues that are important to you and your child. We are asking families to bring in photographs of their family, that we can use to support children settling as well as developing their talk, knowledge about the world and of course their self esteem. Please give photographs to your child's keyworker.
This week we had the local fire brigade visit our school!. Such experiences are important as they enable children to develop their knowledge about public services as well as enhancing curiosity, talk and imaginative play. Have a lovely weekend. A very warm welcome to all our new children and families who have joined us this week! The school has been very busy with lots of very exciting learning, including: children developing their counting skills through making some scrumptious ginger breads, to children learning about specific characteristics that are associated with certain groups of animals, such as reptiles and mammals. Of course our new children have been busy learning to say good bye to their Mum's, Dad's or main carer, as well as developing relationships with their peers and adults. Next week we have the local fire brigade visiting our school. Wishing you all a very happy weekend!
