Welcome to Rachel Keeling Nursery School

Rachel Keeling Nursery School is a state maintained school in  Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets.  
We want our Rachel Keeling children to be confident, resilient, empathetic, joyful and communicative learners.
​We are committed to ensuring every child is engaged in meaningful learning experiences that create a thirst for learning which is lifelong.

1st March - International Evening 3.30-4.45pm (information under 'Families' tab above)
2nd March - World Book Day - Come to school in your pyjamas for a bedtime story

w/c 20th March - Meet your child's Key Person this week to celebrate progress
22nd March - Outdoor Play Workshop - 9.15am and 12.45pm
30th March - Egg Hunt
31 March - INSET Day - school closed

Home Visits - school closed
17 April - National Offer Day - you will find out which primary school you have been offered (for children who are leaving). 
18 April - Children return for the Summer Term

Nursery Tours

We would appreciate a maximum of two adults per child 
Please note we admit children the term after they turn 3 years old. It is best to visit when your child turns 2.

If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 you must apply for Reception Class before 15 January 2023.

​Pam Jones our Senior Administrative Officer is happy to deal with enquiries from families, colleagues and interested parties.
We are a short walk from Bethnal Green Tube Station off Roman Road. Buses that stop within walking distance to the school are:  8, 106, 254, 309, 388, D3 and D6.
There are 2 underground stations that are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, Bethnal Green (Central Line) and Stepney Green  (District & Hammersmith & City Lines.)
