School Development Plan 2023-2025

Our School Development Plan (SDP) is a living document which we review each half term. It is linked to Performance Management targets with all staff sharing one target (highlighted below in yellow). The reviewed document is available in the staff room and executive head teacher's office.  
There are copies displayed around the school as well.
