Easter has crept up on us this busy Spring Term with so many events in Nursery. The children have been immersed in the Easter story this week and thinking about how some people choose to celebrate Easter. Children explored artefacts, religious icons, went shopping for Spring flowers and hot cross buns. Groups of children baked Easter cakes to take home and share and our annual Easter Egg Hunt involved the whole family.
The children's understanding of the Easter story was captured through an overheard conversation between two children and detailed below in their exact overheard words. Enjoy reading it and Happy Easter!
