Learning week ending 14th November 2014
During this week there has been an extensive range of learning taking place. We have had children developing their counting skills and solving simple calculation through playing shops. We have also had a number of children learning how to use information and technology equipment such as a CD player. In such activities, once children have mastered the skills in using a CD player, those children are encouraged to assist other children; which equally enhances their self esteem and sense of responsibility! This week we also had a small group of children visit the Poppy exhibition at the Tower of London. Going on educational visits are a wonderful means of not only extending children's breadth of experiences, but also superb in developing their self esteem and language!
