There has been an extensive range of learning taking place this week. Some of our children have been developing their curiosity and understanding about the life cycle of a butterfly by observing some baby caterpillars. Additionally, we have had a number of children understanding the wonderful rich diversity in understanding what weddings are and how they are celebrated. We have also had children learning about plant bulbs and furthermore, what factors are important for plant growth, through this exploration children have been learning about such concepts as photosynthesis. Lastly; we have had a number of parents/carers working with us in exploring how cooking is a fantastic activity to support children's mathematical development as well as many other aspects of learning.
Hope you can join us at our Saturday garden: tomorrow Saturday 17th May!
